For good and valuable consideration, you acknowledge that by accepting these terms and conditions you agree to the following.

By submitting to www.doesgodwearabowtie.com you are of 18 years of age or older, or are the legal parent or guardian of the child who has created the artwork that is being submitted.

Submission of your artwork to www.doesgodwearabowtie.com hereby gives permission to Line and Kite LLC and its successors, assigns, and licensees, to use the my Name and Artwork likeness(es), copyright(s), trademark(s), artwork, tagline(s), insignia, indicia, and/or logo(s) (collectively Artwork Likeness) on www.doesgodwearabowtie.com and other websites, social media and in publications, promotional flyers, educational materials, derivative works, or for any other similar purpose without limitation as to duration or frequency of usage, in perpetuity and royalty free, for any purpose, including but not limited to commercial, editorial, advertising, and promotion.

It is understood that Line and Kite LLC shall have the right but not the obligation to make use of the Artwork name, images, likenesses, logos and/or signage and/or Artwork Likeness as permitted hereunder, and may refuse to post or exhibit any submissions for any reason.

By submitting to www.doesgodwearabowtie.com you hereby warrant and represent that you have the full right and authority to enter into this agreement concerning the Artwork name, images, likenesses, logos and/or signage and Artwork Likeness and that Line and Kite LLC does not need the consent or permission of any other person, firm or corporation in order to use your name and/or Artwork Likeness as described above.

By submitting to www.doesgodwearabowtie.com you indemnify and agree to hold Line and Kite LLC and its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, contractors, licensees, successors, and assigns free and harmless from and against any and all loss, costs, liability, damages, or claims of any nature including, but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from, growing out of, or concerning a breach or alleged breach of the above warranties and representations.
